• Less than 7 days before travel: Refund may not be available.

If Wander Kashi is unable to provide the booked service due to circumstances within our control, customers may be offered:

• An alternative service, or
• A refund of the amount paid for the affected service.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending on payment method and service providers.

Customers are responsible for carrying:

• Valid government-issued photo identification
• Any permits or documents required for travel
• Booking confirmations and travel vouchers, if applicable

Failure to carry required documents may result in denial of services without refund.

Customers agree to:
